Insurance

For individual therapy, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Humana, UnitedHealthcare/Optum. It is up to you to know and understand your insurance benefits upon starting services. Out of pocket fees are also available. A 55-minute session fee is $140.

I am out-of-network for all other providers at this time. Please check with your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. If I am not in your insurance provider’s network, your insurance may still pay a percentage of your fee at an out-of-network rate. In this case, you will be responsible for 100% of the fee at the time of your appointment. I will provide a form that you may submit for partial/potential reimbursement.

For couples therapy, I only accept private pay fees. A 55-minute session fee is $165. An 85-minute session fee is $225. A 110-minute session is $275.

If you are with the EAP program ESPYR and UnitedHealthcare/Optum, I am an authorized provider. You will need to contact them directly for approval of brief services.

By law, I am required to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” for those seeking services without insurance.

Payment

Payment is required at time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. Your payment information will be added to the portal system and processed through Stripe.

Cash, HSA, and Debit/Credit Cards are accepted. Please note that HSA/FSA cards often do not provide payment for couples therapy.

Cancellation

I require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. $75 will be charged for individual appointments and $100 for couples appointments that do not show or cancel less than 24-hours in advance.

How Long Will Therapy Last?

As part of our work together, we will decide how long and how often to meet. A therapy session will be 55 minutes.

Duration and frequency may vary depending on the nature of your problem and individual needs. I recommend we meet weekly to begin and decide on frequency and need from there.

What Type of Client do I Meet With?

I meet with clients ages 15 years and up who want to engage in therapeutic services.

I offer individual therapy and am willing to engage in family sessions, should the situation present and everyone is willing to be there.

I meet with individuals and couples, binary, non-binary and LGBTQ.
