My primary approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focuses how people’s thoughts and perceptions influence the way they feel and behave. CBT is effective with a wide range of mental health and situational challenges. In addition to CBT, I use a variety of approaches that share the common goal of navigating your feelings, building healthier habits, and improving your relationship with yourself and others.
